Leaders in Infant and Fetal Loss Education

Infant and fetal loss impacts the mother and her entire community. The immediate response and actions of those surrounding the parent(s) can shape the entire experience - for better or for worse. Rescue Now courses provide groundwork for supporting those who have been impacted by infant and fetal loss. Family, friends, and community will benefit from a better understanding of the grief associated with this loss.

Once we got to the hospital the hospital staff were very uncompassionate, almost crass about the whole situation. They came to get [my wife] for the ultrasound and didn’t say much.  I was left alone in the room waiting on [my wife] to return.  Once she returned there wasn’t anything said to us about the results for a while. The only compassionate person was a physician assistant who gave us the news and let us have all the time we needed to mourn.
